Do I get to choose the images for my album?

Yes! You will choose the images from your online gallery. I will design the album and send it back to you for any change requests. Nothing gets sent to the printer until you’re 100% satisfied with the design and layout.

Will I receive the digital files with my products?

Yes! You will receive the corresponding digital files for any products you purchase. For example, if your session includes 20 digital images but you purchase an album with 25 images, you will receive the 5 additional images as digital files with your album. Similarly, if you purchase a canvas, you will receive the digital file of the image used for that canvas.

Are the albums durable?

Keepsake albums are built to last! This lay flat album is wipeable & bend proof so your little ones can leaf through these durable pages. You won’t need to worry about hiding these albums away – they’re made to viewed year after year.

Can I print my digital files on my own, or do you recommend ordering through you?

You can print your digital files on your own, but I highly recommend ordering through me to ensure the best quality. I print through a professional lab that is calibrated to my colors and exposure, ensuring your images look exactly as they were intended. Printing elsewhere can result in changes to color, exposure, and overall quality. Plus, the professional printer I use provides archival-quality paper, so your prints will last for generations.

How long will it take to receive my products?

It typically takes 2-3 weeks for the vendor to ship the final product after the order is placed. I will place the order once you are 100% happy with the product and/or album design. Once it arrives, I will contact you to arrange delivery or pick-up options.
