When Megan and I sat down for coffee, she couldn’t stop talking about how excited she was for her upcoming summer wedding to Brandyn. Her family was flying in all the way from the UK to celebrate with her, and she couldn’t wait to have everyone together for this special occasion. Megan especially wanted to make sure that she got some beautiful photos with her family and that she got to dance with her Granddad. She told me that her family had never had professional photos taken before, so this was going to be a really special experience for everyone involved. It was clear that Megan was really looking forward to this, and I couldn’t help but feel happy for her. Once she started telling me the details of their summer wedding in Regina’s Warehouse District I couldn’t wait to see this all come together!
The wedding day
Their day began with a beautiful moment between Megan and Brandyn, as she read him a heartfelt letter during their first look. It was a truly intimate and special start to their day. Later on, they exchanged their vows on the docks at the Local Market in Regina’s Warehouse District. The rustic charm of the room perfectly complemented their beautiful decor and the romantic lighting only added to the magic of the moment.
What I find truly special about weddings is the opportunity to get to know the couple and their families even better. It’s always heartwarming to see the love and support that both sides bring to the table. During Brandyn and Megan’s wedding, I could sense the warmth and affection that Brandyn’s family had for him, as well as their enthusiasm for welcoming Megan into their lives. Similarly, Megan’s family radiated joy and excitement, even after travelling a great distance to be there. It was a beautiful moment, and one that I won’t soon forget.
